Kathrin is a welcoming host. She explains some of the backgrounds to the dish including pictures of how the tomatoes are grown on the island and interesting tidbits about Santorini history. She not only spoke with the adults but also helped involve the teenager. She is a patient cook and was able to see what we were doing virtually and offer corrections. The dish turned out very nice. Will do again with her recommended variations. We were able to cook "with" her through Google Meet, each of us in different time zones of the United States. I'm recommending her to my friends and family.
